Birthday Party Terms and Conditions
Bookings/Deposits/Cancellations/Balance payments:

(i) A non refundable deposit ($150) is required to secure your booking. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Payments can be made in cash or by debit/credit card. If payment(s) made over and above the deposit value prior to the party, only the deposit is non refundable.
(ii) Payment can be made online, in person, or over the phone, in which case a confirmation of booking will be forwarded to you. Payment of deposit to book a party confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. Bookings not done in person are deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
(iii) In the event of your cancellation of a party (for any reason whatsoever) deposits will not be refunded. If cancellation is notified in writing to info@velocityentertainment.co.nz 5 days or more before a party date a Velocity Entertainment store gift voucher to the deposit value will be issued to the party host. Any monies paid over an above the deposit would be refunded via direct credit.
However, no shows or notification of a cancellation less than 5 days from the party date the deposit will not be refundable unless at the absolute discretion of Velocity Entertainment management.
(iv) Balance payment of the party is due on the day of your party. The balance of the party booked online is not automatically processed as credit card details are not stored.
(v) Payment is required by the end of the party once the number of guests has been confirmed and other items purchased.
(vi) Grip socks will be charged for any party guest who has not brought their own pair with them.
(vii) Hot or cold food and drinks can also be added to your party booking with payment due on the day.
(viii) Guests are any age who are participating in the selected activities of the party package.
Spectators are free and numbers are only limited when Government regulations apply, but please be aware the party rooms only hold approx 15 people.
(ix) Prices and packages include GST and are subject to change without notice.
(x) No piñatas or confetti are to be brought into the party rooms.
(xi) A designated party room hire is for 2 hours. Guests can arrive 15mins prior to party and must leave the party room at the end time of the allocated booked time, as the rooms are required to be cleared for cleaning and set up for the next party.
