General conditions of entry

Staff Instructions

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, you must follow all directions given by Velocity Entertainment staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises and possible refusal of future entry. No refunds will be issued for unused time if you are asked to leave.

Safety Requirements

Your entry is conditional on complying with all safety guidelines and instructions. Activities such as trampolines, airbags, foam pits, and climbing walls involve risk. Children under 14 years of age must have a parent or caregiver present in the building. Preschoolers must be supervised at all times and must not use the large airbag or foam pit when older children or adults are using it. Velocity Entertainment staff are not responsible for supervising children or for their safety if they leave the premises without a parent/caregiver.

Photograph and Video

Promotional photography or video may take place during activities. By entering our premises, you consent to your image being used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish to be included.

Security Cameras

CCTV is in operation throughout public areas for safety and security purposes. This footage is not publicly available and may only be accessed by Police or WorkSafe when formally requested.

Vouchers and Offers

Only one voucher, discount, or promotional offer may be redeemed per person, per entry.

Classes and Lessons

For all classes and lessons, if your child is unwell, one make-up lesson per month may be offered, provided you give more than 24 hours’ notice and there is space available. No refunds are given for missed lessons, online bookings, or if a child is removed from a class for poor behaviour.
