Can I just wear any socks at Velocity Entertainment?

No. Special performance grip socks with special rubber-like dots or patterns on the soles. These are a health and safety requirement and serve to create a slip-free surface while you move and jump around the trampolines.

How long is a jump session?

Bookings are taken for a one hour session at any one time and start on the half hour throughout the day. For health and safety reasons there is maximum number of jumpers allowed at any one time in the arena.

Is there an age limit to jumping?

No. If you feel you are fit, do not have any health concerns and are well enough to jump then we encourage jumpers of all ages.

Are you open on public holidays?

Yes. We are open every public holiday throughout the year except Good Friday (reduced hours), Anzac Day (25th April - morning only), Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December), \ New Year’s Day (1st January) and 2nd January.

Can I just have a party in the main cafe area with a few kids?

No. We have party rooms dedicated for this purpose. However, we reserve the right to allow under special circumstances celebrations in the main cafe area only with prior arrangement with management.

How long are the party rooms hired for?

Party rooms are booked for a 2 hour party. Please arrive no earlier than 15mins prior to your party time. Please ensure children are picked up on time.The staff will need to have time to clean the space before the next guests arrive.

Can I bring confetti, glitter or a pinata to Velocity Entertainment?

No. Confetti , glitter or pinata’s are not permitted at Velocity Entertainment due to the mess they make. Please respect this condition of the room hireage.
