Velocity Entertainment believe in making birthday parties as stress free for parents or guardians as possible. With now 5 themed party rooms which have recently been made over by local talented artists Cinzah and Dali, it is the best place to host your next fun birthday celebration!

We have several packages to choose from (see below).

Parties start at 10am, 1pm, 4pm or have a late party on a Friday or Saturday night starting at 7pm.

Make a party booking at least 4 weeks in advance for 8 (min) at Velocity Entertainment to receive FREE guests from our book in Advance Deal. Deposit must be paid for the party to be confirmed and the extra guests added. Spectators are free.

Book 4-7 weeks in advance and bring ONE extra friend for FREE!
Book 8-11 weeks in advance and bring TWO extra friends for FREE!
Book 12+ weeks in advance and bring THREE extra friends for FREE!

Weekday parties (Mon - Fri) starting at 4pm or have a late party on a Friday night starting at 7pm - which also takes advantage of the After Dark environment - where the lights go down and the music goes up.

Birthday Party Packages
- Combo Parties

There are a number of packages to choose from depending on the activities of choice, budget and number of kids. Packages can be tailored where you can bring your own food, cake and drinks or we can source it all for you… and don’t forget we clean up the mess afterward!

If you’re not sure about what you are wanting please call us or send us a message and we’ll endeavour to work out a customised solution especially for you. We can accommodate larger parties (minimum 16 kids) subject to double room availability .

A $150 deposit is taken at the time of booking and the balance is paid on the day of the party.

Birthday Party Terms and Conditions
Bookings/Deposits/Cancellations/Balance payments:

(i) A non refundable deposit ($150) is required to secure your booking. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Payments can be made in cash or by debit/credit card. If payment(s) made over and above the deposit value prior to the party, only the deposit is non refundable.
(ii) Payment can be made online, in person, or over the phone, in which case a confirmation of booking will be forwarded to you. Payment of deposit to book a party confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. Bookings not done in person are deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
(iii) In the event of your cancellation of a party (for any reason whatsoever) deposits will not be refunded. If cancellation is notified in writing to info@velocityentertainment.co.nz 5 days or more before a party date a Velocity Entertainment store gift voucher to the deposit value will be issued to the party host. Any monies paid over an above the deposit would be refunded via direct credit.
However, no shows or notification of a cancellation less than 5 days from the party date the deposit will not be refundable unless at the absolute discretion of Velocity Entertainment management.
(iv) Balance payment of the party is due on the day of your party. The balance of the party booked online is not automatically processed as credit card details are not stored.
(v) Payment is required by the end of the party once the number of guests has been confirmed and other items purchased.
(vi) Grip socks will be charged for any party guest who has not brought their own pair with them.
(vii) Hot or cold food and drinks can also be added to your party booking with payment due on the day.
(viii) Guests are any age who are participating in the selected activities of the party package.
Spectators are free and numbers are only limited when Government regulations apply, but please be aware the party rooms only hold approx 15 people.
(ix) Prices and packages include GST and are subject to change without notice.
(x) No piñatas or confetti are to be brought into the party rooms.
(xi) A designated party room hire is for 2 hours. Guests can arrive 15mins prior to party and must leave the party room at the end time of the allocated booked time, as the rooms are required to be cleared for cleaning and set up for the next party.
(xii) The promotions, Book in Advance and Book on a Weekday are separate promotions, and are not able to be used in conjunction with each other. ie, either the Book in Advance offer is used, or the Weekday party is used, not both together.
