FAQs
Parties are not permitted in the bar or café area. No outside food or cakes may be consumed in these areas. Staff will ask for any food to be removed.
Party package activities usually follow this order: jump time, laser tag, then arcade (depending on the package). The party room is available for approximately 30 minutes for cake and food.
Plates, cups and serviettes are provided unless you choose to cater yourself.
Drinks provided include water and cordial. Food includes plain chips, Twisties, party mix lollies, chocolate fish, Fruit Bursts and pizza (approximately three pieces per child). Gluten free pizza is available. Additional pizzas can be ordered for $7 each.
Socks are not included in the party package but can be purchased on the day.
You may bring additional food for adults if you have booked a party room. Food must be consumed in the party room.
Pizza orders are taken on the day. A staff member will visit your party room at the start to show available flavours and take your order.
Large party rooms are available for groups of 18 or more children and are double the size of standard rooms.
Standard party rooms accommodate approximately 15 children.
Birthday cakes are welcome. Please remember to bring your own knife and candles. Party packages can be adjusted to remove food if you wish to self-cater. Email us for details and pricing.
A $150 deposit is required when booking. The remaining balance is paid on the day once numbers are confirmed.
