Come and jump on the trampolines,
OR blast away playing laser tag, OR a combination of both,
there is a membership plan right for you
starting at ONLY $8.50 / week.
Laser Tag members will also be able to register online at mygameinfo.com to see results.
The MORE you VISIT - the MORE you SAVE!
For example a Starterpass can work out to be $2 per 1 hour jump - WOW!!
A Megapass can work out to only $1 per hour of jumping (max 2 hrs) every day of the week

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Membership is only valid at Velocity Entertainment.
Memberships are for individual use and cannot be transferred to another person.
Prices exclude compulsory grip socks for jumping in the trampoline arena.
Membership excludes lessons (Ninja, Teen Tricks, Private). All lessons are charged separately.
Members are encouraged to book online to secure their space as you cannot be guaranteed a time slot if you turn up as a walk in.
Memberships will be charged weekly in advance (if membership not already purchased in full).
You can upgrade your membership at anytime.
Memberships must be purchased for a minimum of 4 weeks before they can be cancelled. However, a 3 day cool off period applies (memberships can be cancelled within 3 days of initial sign up).
If you wish to cancel or downgrade your membership then Velocity Entertainment requires 14 days notice (after initial 4 weeks), confirmed in writing via email info@velocityentertainment.co.nz
Once you have signed up online or instore you will be given your own unique VIP membership card.
You must bring your membership card with you every time as it will be scanned on entry. Access may be declined if card is not with member and no other identification can be produced.
Promotional offers will be emailed to the member.
Any offer including a guest pass the member must be present for the guest pass to be valid.
Replacement membership cards will incur a $20 replacement fee.
Memberships can be purchased in full in advance for 1 year (52 weeks). A discount of 10% for 52 weeks off weekly fee applies if membership is paid in full upfront.
Weekly membership payments not kept up to date will result in the membership being suspended. Can be reactivated via payment otherwise membership will be terminated.
Velocity Entertainment reserves the right to refuse membership if a person has abused their membership conditions or the general terms and conditions of entry.

Velocity Entertainment are open every public holiday throughout the year except Good Friday, Anzac Day (25th April - morning only), Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December), New Year’s Day (1st January) and 2nd January.

COVID-19 : In the event Velocity Entertainment is required to close due to government regulations and mandates, at a National or regional lockdown of Hawke’s Bay, your weekly membership will be temporarily put on hold - so payments will stop until we reopen again. However, if your membership is fully paid in advance, any days closed due to COVID-19 will be extended to the end of your membership. Under the current Covid-19 traffic light system a Vaccine Pass is a government mandate for entry for anyone 12 years and 3 months of age and over. Masks are a requirement of entry but not required while jumping or eating/drink in the building.
Membership excludes access to the trampoline arena during Playgroup sessions. Playgroup is exclusively for preschoolers. Playgroup sessions are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-12pm during school terms.
If you do not use your membership for any reason, refunds or credit will not given for weeks/months that have not been attended.
Memberships can not be paused or put on hold with the exception of point 20 above.
